DR. KATHY LEE, M.D.

Halcyon Dermatology, located in Laguna Hills, California, was founded by Dr. Kathy Lee. Dr. Kathy Lee grew up in Indiana and attended Washington University in St. Louis where she received her undergraduate degree, Masters degree, and Doctor of Medicine degree. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine and Dermatology residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis. Dr. Lee is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology (Board Certified) and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She previously served on the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Residency Review Committee for Dermatology and as the national president of the Asian Pacific American Medical Students' Association (APAMSA). Dr. Lee's clinical interests include medical and pediatric dermatology, lasers, ethnic skin, and cosmetic dermatology.

DR. JEFFREY LANDER, M.D., PH.D.

Dr. Jeffrey Lander specializes in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous (Skin-related) Oncology. He performs in-office surgery and reconstruction at Halcyon Dermatology. He received a PhD in Biological Sciences at University of California, Irvine before completing his medical school and dermatology residency at the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He is a Southern California native who now lives in San Clemente. He enjoys the ocean, being active, and spending time with his family.

NANCY KOEHLER, PA-C

Nancy Koehler is an NCCPA nationally board-certified Physician Assistant. She attended the University of Southern California School of Medicine where she graduated magna cum laude in Physician Assistant Studies. Nancy started her career in Internal Medicine, and has a broad knowledge base of systemic diseases. She has practiced in dermatology since 2002 and is well experienced in treating sun damaged skin, and common dermatological conditions such as acne, rosacea, rashes, and pigment disorders. She is proficient in performing procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, destruction of malignant lesions, and removal of benign skin lesions such as moles, warts, and skin tags.

In addition, Nancy specializes in aesthetic dermatology. With more than 15 years of experience with BOTOX, fillers, IPL, laser resurfacing, peels, microneedling, and topical skin care products, she is one of the most highly sought after cosmetic providers in Orange County. Elizabeth Phillips is an NCCPA nationally board-certified Physician Assistant. She attended Western University of Health Sciences where she graduated with a master of science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is experienced in treating common skin conditions such as acne, warts, and rashes, as well as performing skin cancer screenings and mole checks. She also is proficient in performing chemical peels, mole/skin tag removals, biopsies, cryotherapy, and skin cancer destruction. Her clinical interests include medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and lasers. She enjoys hiking, the performing arts, and spending time with her family.
